How would you like to impact the world?

My mission is to help ambitious students find high performance, self-confidence, passion, flow, higher purpose and tribe - the attributes of happiness.

I grew up in a middle class family in Italy as an only child. Although I was much loved, my mum had psychosis. At the time, mental health was not talked about but rather swept under the carpet. My dad focused on his career, not because he was insensitive, but because it was his way to care for us.

I was a straight As student, and yet I don't feel I was given the best tools to succeed in life. Much time has gone past, but I still see that most of today's ambitious students are not taught evidence-based practices of how to succeed in life and how to work towards an healthy brain and mental strength rather than mental illness.

I feel very strongly that the following topics should be part of the school and Uni curriculum: self awareness, flow, service, happiness, watching and changing our thoughts, stoicism. Until then, I help teens, young adults and their parents become the best version of themselves, achieving at the highest standards, and feeling the emotions they have chosen to feel.
